Not bad. Good massage. Okay facial. Not bad nails. Had better and had worse. Some good offers when you have more than one treatment.

I LOVE this spa ! 
They were so helpful and accommodated me a quite short notice . 
It was my first time attending the hagley spa and they were so friendly and welcoming. 
My treatment I received ( wax 😬) was hands down the best I've had so far ! And the beauty tech that did it was awesome ! 
Will he returning again and can honestly say i can't imagine me going elsewhere now .

Women I had called Samantha very nervous, shaking and wouldn't recommend. Very unhappy with the service she gave. But the assistant manager re-did my tan and she was very lovely, would definitely book with her again.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Have been going here for years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, both for necessary treatments and for pampering ones!
