After my MRI scan I was told that the specialist who would analyse my scan wouldn't be in until the following Monday - exactly 1 week after my scan! The day after I had undergone the private MRI scan at Droitwich, the NHS letter requesting me to attend a scan at Kidderminster arrived for the following Wednesday, only 2 days after the result of my private scan will be known. I really wish I hadn't bothered going private, now.

I recently underwent a THR at Droitwich BMI. I have to say that I could not fault the care and treatment I received at this hospital. Every step of the procedure was explained to me along the way by all those involved in my operation,leaving me totally reassured.The post op care from the ward doctors (Heritage ward)nurses,physiotherapists and other staff was exemplary . I am now well on the way to recovery. Thank you Droitwich BMI

£220 for 15mins . 1 protorscope examination then told I would need an MRI scan as he couldn't see properly then told me I might need surgery. MRI showed nothing wrong at all. Yet they wanted me to come back to have a chat for another £100. It's a licence to print money the scan was cheaper than the consaultans fee. Rediculous. Staff are very nice though

The hospital itself is fab but the response to tell us where to go to to take sample is horrendous we've waited 3months adding another week or however long on top of it is just worse we've rang twice still got no where we're ring another time after that we will be coming up to the hospital for answers I'm getting sooooooo frustrated

I have undergone total knee replacement on both knees at the BMI Droitwich Spa and on both occasions I found everyone from the Receptionist to the Surgeon to be friendly,helpful and professional a very pleasant experience
