Incompetent company, do not use them. I ordered loads of items and heard nothing, then 2 days after payment was taken i received an email stating they did not have a lots of the items that i order in stock. 2 days to do a stock check? Great company lol. I had plans for Friday, large party was planned now it has to be cancelled due to these incompetent people. Do not use them, use raanthai instead, at least their website tells you if the items you order are actually IN STOCK.

Terrible company, will be reporting to trading standards. Order delivered missing half of the items, customer service is not interested. Will be doing my Thai shop elsewhere.

I have just placed an order for the first time and many of my items where not sent and also one double sent - not a great first impression and also not answering phones.
