Typical Asda Store. Big free car park on the ground floor. Very nice and helpful staff. Big choice of products with very reasonable prices. Plenty of products for kitchen, bathroom or bedroom including duvet sets, pillows and other similar products. For example I bought during last 1.5 L air fryer for the price of 26 Pounds. Store is located very close to the centre if Ware Town. Definitely recommend!
I booked a delivery for 8.30 pm till 9.30 pm last night. Waited for my delivery till 10.30pm still nothing. Called customer service to be told it would not be arriving and they had cancelled it! No call or text from Asda to say why they couldn’t deliver. I was then told by customer service that I have to wait 3-4 days for a refund and I had to reorder my shopping. I had used the last of my money on the shop as I don’t get paid till next week so I can’t reorder it until I get refunded I needed the shopping for that day as there were things on there that I needed for pack lunches for my kids and myself. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I only use the delivery service as I don’t drive and have to ask other people to give me a lift so I find this easier! I would like a manger of the ware store to contact me to resolve this issue!
Really disappointing Ps in response to reply from Asda. The store always looks a little shabby and a bit like it is closing. Considering the size of store and this is a relatively affluent area the range is very disappointing and the last time I went in I ended up aborting my shop as they didn’t have half the things I wanted not low end staples but also not exotic. I ended up at, the much smaller, Tesco and was able to get what I needed
Terrible home delivery. Either 2 hours late or the driver puts down delivered an you have to wait 3 days for a refund. Terrible customer service. No help at all. Just stick to Tesco's 5452244001439 is order number

My trip to Asda Ware today was a pleasure. The member of staff at the customer services was so kind, helpful and patient. At the till the cashier was happy and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
Awful brought anchor butter on offer only to be charged full price . Try phoning the store waste of time they tell you to go on web site you do that and you end up phoning head office only to wait 20 minutes only to get cut off . A real shambles off a company go to any one other than Asda
Shelf edge label =80p, scanned @ £1.65 so eventually directed to customer services to rectify and after 10mins waiting for service got totally fed up and just got another bottle, have 5p on me Asda, very poor and unprofessional service
After putting in a complaint to head office about how I was discriminated against after asking for help on the self service check outs , I was offered a £5 voucher as a gesture of good will . If this is what asdas head office think there customer service skills are worth it speaks volumes
