Did Christmas food shop on the 24th. Everything was good until we tried to use the nectar points to pay, would only allow us to use £25 worth of points. Multiple people with same issue.
Brilliant shop absolutely massive with easy disabled access nice wide aisle very efficient staff on hand to give help when required and a full service petrol station for disabled drivers
Nice little store in beautiful historic town, good parking but slightly confusing parking arrangement easy when you know how!! It's free if you spend over £5
I’ve always found the staff here really helpful and friendly. They do go the extra mile. SmartShop facilities are great. Sometimes there are amazing reductions - like 10p items! I’m only giving 3 stars as recently the produce has been of very poor quality! The veggies and fruit are no longer fresh with some already rotting on the shelf. The citrus fruit go off very quickly at home with some oranges already dried and wrinkly on the inside. I find this unacceptable.
Charged £12 instead of offer , had to Queue up at customer service for nearly10 mins to get refund , of the last month shopping at sainsburys over 5 times offers not come through on checkout , if you’re getting a lot of shopping hard to remember Hertford
Tidy and organised store. Staff always nice and ready to help. Easy parking, central location. Not a 5 only because I miss some products I usually in their larger stores but hey it's a matter of conveniencerather than this store it self
I had to only pick up an Argos order actually and after 15 minutes should pay for the parking but actually they were very fast and I just put it in in the code into the collection point machine and and they brought my heaters immediately so I didn't have to pay anything because I was done within 7 minutes or less
I asked a male member of your staff if you had a free from section and was told he didn't no wasn't very helpful at all then approached a different male member of say and was told no we don't I then found a female member of staff and she directed me straight to the aisle she was very polite didn't get her name but she was working in beauty aisle.
Love this store. Big, I always find what I need. Full of new products all the time.
Good shop, friendly staff. I can never find the eggs as they keep moving them and stress of parking charge times makes it a 3/5 for me.
