My items won't mark correctly at the self-scans, the colleague attending had no idea what to do, another one tried to help, also couldn't figure it out. This place doesn't really train their customer-facing staff.
Security guard , grey hair brown skin today on Sunday followed me and stood in a obvious position watching me look at wine. I removed my shades when I went in the store , I guess he thinks black people should not be allowed to purchase or , browse at wine. I like wine and I get my money honestly. Just to set Tesco's expectations correctly going forward this racist agency security guard has cost Tesco's regular business , I've been shopping at this stores for several months and have often made purchases in excess of fifty pounds . That all stops today and they also lost out on twenty pound wine sales as I went to a proper wine shop and got treated like a legal and valid customer unlike this place with racist security guards who often profile people for no other reason then the colour of their skin. This is the utter rubbish we as Black Scottish have to put up with on a daily basis just for having darker skin. I have worked on the right side of the law and I would have rather sacked myself then single out someone for intense passive aggressive scrutiny just because they are not white. It's buzzo's like this guard who create needless incidents and tragedies like the floyd case of 2020. The customer service were empathetic when I reported it however it's disappointing that Tesco will not follow up with a customer after the guard has been investigated . It's also detrimental to their revenue as next time I want to buy wine I will go to a trusted off licences who don't employ low IQ guards to patrol people because they have a darker skin in fact it's one of the main reasons I avoid visiting super markets as much as possible and would prefer to shop online for everything to cut out interactions with low IQ racist guards . Either way tesco's lost out on £20 worth of transactions today and going forward £50 a shop as I will refrain for shopping here . Until they put this guard in civi clothes and put him in Waitrose as a shopper and he can get a taste of his own malicious medicine by getting profiled .
There's a blonde lady called Linda who works here who honestly is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She always calls me Sir, always has a smile for you, and always asks how you are.
A wide variety of products. Store is clean, employees are nice, please raise their salaries :' They deserve more!!
I buy today and cook it, it's not chicken breast, it's minced meat, but the meat is altered. Smel orible, of rotten meat. He throws it away. Don't buy anything precooked
