Has a great range of fresh fruit, veg and herbs, and fish mongers is also great. Has a dry cleaners, place where you can hire carpet cleaning equipment and photo booth for passport photos. The shop also sells baby and children's clothes (called nutmeg) and toys. There is a cafe which sells cheap and cheerful food. The queues have never been long when I have been, and staff seem friendly.

My daughter and I visited Portobello Morrison's and had our tea! The staff were as always helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our tea. Thank you so much.

Shopping is fine but bathrooms had no toilet roll & sanitary bins were overflowing. Pretty disgusting tbh. So yeah shop there but hope u don't need the loo.

Good produce.local store away from asda and the other 2 cut price foreign stores. clean and plenty of room in shopping isles. fresh produce well displayed and good use by dates.

I've been shopping here for over 7 years. Sadly, the last couple of years 9 out of 10 times they are out of semi skimmed Lactofree milk on display in the fridge. Every time I have to go and ask a member of staff to go and bring me some from the back of the store. Yesterday there was no semi skimmed Lactofree milk as per usual, and this time I decided to approach one of the managers on the floor. She usually walks around with a cordless phone directing staff what to do and where to go, so I thought to myself she'd be the right person to ask. To avoid any confusion about the exact product I was after I took the label off the shelf and showed it to her. As soon as she saw me approach her, she turned away trying to avoid having to talk to me but I made contact anyway. I asked the manager politely if she could ask a member of her staff (with whom she clearly has contact with) to take some of the milk out of stores and put it on display on the shop floor. The conversation was merely seconds long as she brushed me off saying - "if there is none in the fridge, then we don't have any". It was very clear she just couldn't be bothered at all. I just knew she was lying to me. I then approached a random member of staff, who was very polite and understanding, and asked them the same question. Not even 30 econds later they brought out and entire box of the milk I was after. I couldn't resist the temptation and went back to the manager, showed her the 2 cartons of milk in my shopping trolley and told her - "by the way there is plenty of the milk I asked you for".
