I have been a customer in this shop for almost 2years as I am working nearby and I must say that your standards are decreasing. Few week ago, a strong odour was present for more than one week. A smell was like someone did not have a shower for over a month or so. Just next to the till where usually are long queues so clients were exposed to it. But today's incident made me to write this complaint. I am a raw vegan. And you do not have any organic fruit or veg. Bananas, which do not have to be organic, are only green available today. Very unhealthy for a liver! I do realise some of your customers are a poor people from multistorey but what about the rest? The students or other locals. Like those from high standard apartments worth each £1 million? Those people more likely are going to buy organic food. Or the employees from local corporations. But you do not have such food. This is outrageous. Ah. And your self checkout tills do not scan clubcards. Definitely, the shop to NOT buy from.

I Go Into Tesco On Holyrood Road All The Time And Alun The Manager Is Doing An Excellent Job And All The Staff As Well They Help You When You Need Something Excellent Customer Service I've Been Going Into Tesco Since May 2014 And I Will Always Be Using Tesco On Holyrood Road All The Time Keep Up The Great Work

The place is surrounded with students accommodations and housing area. Really helpful to buy groceries for people live nearby. They have cash machine as well outside.

Walked here because I'd been told it was the nearest cash machine. Couldn't find the cash machine. Asked the (young) staff for help and they were incredibly rude. I have a Canadian accent, I'm clearly a lost tourist. No need for attitude, boys.

Not a good store at all, never have anything in stock and always smells like urine and poo.
