Had a 6 item prescription to be filled. 1 item had to be ordered in. Was told to come back in a day or 2. Went back after 3 days only to be told the item was out of stock and I would have to go to a different pharmacy for it. Staff gave me a refund for 1 item but would not give me my prescription back, said I had to go back to doctors for another prescription. This is peoples health you are messing with, utter muppets. 2 staff on duty as of Friday 07th June 2024 both as miserable as each other and in no way any help what so ever.
Honestly awful. The last year with this pharmacy has been horrendous. I’ve been here for four years but after this past year my family have moved. Constantly having to wait the 72 hours even when it’s desperate for a 4 a week old. Whole prescription was given to the wrong person with all my personal info on aswell as of course my meds to which I had to wait again for all to be re ordered. Then the dark haired, slim pharmacist is beyond rude. Not helpful in the slightest as if her job is too much of a effort, telling us meds can’t be delivered so to take prescriptions elsewhere to get yet another member of staff finds the ready made script upped waiting to be collected. Honestly could go on, just horrendous. However the lovely older lady with dark hair who works the front counter is amazing and wasted within here.
When I went into the pharmacy with eye irritation they diagnosed my issue within a minute, and were quick to offer me some medicine which would fully treat the infection and has. Was very pleased with the fast service, the price of the medicine, and the fact that the staff knew exactly what questions to ask after only a little explanation from me. It helped that they were open so late as well. Definitely my go to pharmacy from now on.
Phoned the doctor at 10 -30 for repeat prescription. Tesco pharmacy texed at 5-20 saying it was ready for collecting, definitely five stars .p.s the ladys are both friendly and polite.
Opening hours not accurate. Tesco might be open those hours, pharmacy definitely ISN'T. Went out my way to visit here. Get hours corrected.
Trying to call but will not answer! Need prescription today and has been sent over Monday, now Thursday! Will be switching to a different pharmacy this is shocking customer service
According to Google the pharmacy is open until 10.30pm. So I went at 7pm - closed. Wasted trip. Update your listing please!
