Plenty staff in today behind counter yet still 20 minutes wait and only me in  . 2 items out of stock ( always summit not in stock ) service is rubbish to say the least!

I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my prescriptions and I've done about 50+ by now so weird how everyone else has bad experiences... No use coming here to buy anything as theres pretty much nothing here. Use it for prescriptions especially if you use the doctors inside. Staff are okay.

Ordered a prescription on the 22nd and it still wasn't ready by the 26th. Had to wait the entire weekend for them to sort it out (it's now the 2nd) and have to wait for the chemist to get back from lunch before I can pick it up. Ridiculous. Finding another chemist.

Never enough staff so prescriptions take ages. Also,  there is little organisation - don't let them do your repeat prescription - they'll only muck it up. Upside is the premises were refurbished recently.
