Lovely staff really helpful

Most of the staff are lovely,the pharmacist.,Well never her fault shifts the blame on some other reason,insulin very hard to get that one,phoned 3other chemist oh that tresiba insulin no bother, Get it in two days for you, wouldn't go back no help at all.

They accused me, several times of picking up a prescription I never received. They seem really disorganised.

This is the best pharmacy in the North East! Staff are the friendliest you will come across, during lockdown they were amazing nothing was too much bother to them,  during a very difficult time

Convenient on site parking. Helpful friendly staff.

Pleasant staff. Although having to wait outside is a pain its totally understandable and i noticed most people were fine with it.

Good if you at the doctors next door
