Always shut when website says it should be open. I work a lot of hours, on nights, so I try to time picking up my prescription to fit in with that. I'm often left going away empty handed. Staff are helpful when the place is actually open, though.

Being a busy pharmacy does not give the right to abuse customers. I take a lot of medications that need to be collected at least once a week and when my daughter collects for me she often comes home in tears because of the rudeness and attitudes of some of the staff. A few of the staff are snappy and rude and just don't care at all, one pharmacist in particular keeps threatening that he won't give me my meds and insists he knows more than I do or my GP does because he worked in a GP surgery before ! He is appalling ! Some staff are lovely but there's nothing they can do but to do their job. It's a shame that the good ones are tarred with the same brush just because they work with the nasty ones. I've already made a serious complaint about one pharmacist because of his behaviour towards us and I'm not above doing it again. It's not my fault my meds have to be sent weekly and I have a very short life expectancy, people like this make my limited time on earth so stressful and I sit worrying about this matter every single day rather than spending time with my daughter, this is really cruel and upsetting.

Staff think they are doctors advised me on my daughters condition. Prescription sent by surgery twice yet they say they have not recived it. This chemist is run by clowns.  They are overwhelmed and even fully staffed they act like they understaffed. Breaking all data protection asking for my name address loudly in front of customers  Go else where

Just been in Morrisons as I needed some ibuprofen for back pain after waiting to be served a really old women came to serve but ignored me and then her colleague came out and served another guy that had only just got there.  So annoyed felt like giving the old women a piece of my mind about customer service.  Will not use this pharmacy again . So stressing

Friendly helpful staff prescription ready to collect  on arrival as it usually is great service

I have used this pharmacy for a few years.  Its a very very busy pharmacy and the staff do the best they can .

Good hours. It was very quick to dispense. Not the usual 10-15mins like my other sometime pharmacy attached to the surgery.

It's small so doesn't have ALOT of medication available they can order it for you IF YOU NEED URGENT MEDICATION GO TO A FULSIZE CHEMISTS
