Huge help today trying to locate medication which is short supply. Despite the pharmacy being busy time was taken to sort out what was needed. Absolutely first class thank you ladies

We have been with this pharmacy for several years and they have changed hands several times. I have always found them  to be very good when I have had to phone. My medi tray gets delivered every week by Dave who is very friendly. I can highly recommend them.

I hadn't been in to collect my prescription for a few weeks and the pharmacist was quite a abrupt and rude mentioning repeatedly that I hadn't picked them up for a few weeks!! This was after I'd attempted to collect them but the prescription hadn't gone through so I'd had to re-request via the GP a few times to finally get them sent through to this pharmacy.  I am on medication for depression and anxiety, had recently lost my young sister to suicide, and was treated with so much disrespect.  We the public are asked to treat staff members in the pharmacy with respect - that should go both ways - this lady certainly did not treat me with the courtesy and respect I should have had.  I wish I'd taken her name, she had short bleached blonde hair, so she will know who she was.

Staff are so helpful and friendly and go the extra mile as I have personally found.  I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Was a excellent pharmacy till about a year ago .... not very friendly now and keep you waiting for ages I only ever get one thing there .... doesn't matter if I leave it 2 days or a week after I order it ....its always it needs checked and can be standing there up to 15 minutes its not even something you can overdose on

they were helpful on the phone when I rang if they've got a stock of an antibiotic for my child. Just no stock everywhere.

All the staff at NYP are helpful, friendly and curious. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable I have on the odd occasion rang Adam or popped in to see him for medical advice, I've found sometimes is easier to ask him rather than wait a week or two to see a doctor.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with it doesn’t even deserve the 1star but I’ve given it one for being close to my home They either haven’t got it ready after ordering 4days ahead or they can’t find it I’ve just waited 30 mins for my order today that as ordered last Thursday
