I absolutely adore working out. Nobody disturbs you since everyone is so polite. Everyone is courteous, and everything is clean. Again, I spend my two hours, sometimes one, and I'm fine; I couldn't ask for a better gym. I went to In-Shape, but nothing beats Fitness. I enjoy being the trainer in this GYM. I just had one issue, but it was resolved in a matter of minutes. There are no complaints. I highly suggest it!
I had been looking forward to enjoying a bodybuilding workout here for a while and seeing the refurbishment. It was an excellent workout - the layout flows well there. I was super grateful to be able to exercise on the classic nautilus pullover machine. Friendly staff on arrival. Legendary local back story - the legacy continues. Wish I had visited the original.
I have been here quite a few times over the years even when DY & His son had it and while it is a really good gym with a wide range of equipments the man working there with the long beard is very moody and tends to ignore that you’re there he is too busy on the phone which is quite rude. The young kid who works there that wears the cap has no idea what he is doing!! I have been in times where another member of staff has been working and they have been absolutely lovely but it doesn’t seem professional with the other unfortunately which is a let down I hope management fixes this.
If you’re a fan of Nick’s Strength & Power, this is your gym. If you want hot yoga and pilates then keep looking.
The atmosphere here is really great, some amazing machines like a what looks like to be new atlantis pendulum squat. The chest presses feel really great. My only problems is they don't have very good plate storage and the plates they do have are quite old. I looked for a while and I could only find one 10kg plate. Also some of the weights don't weigh what they say they do. For example I was teicep pushdowning 50kg when I usually do about 20kg. Other than that the music is great, not too busy and some amazing machines. I definitely recommend.
Good stop off gym and great place to go for a session if I was local cant see it being my first choice of places to train but glad i called in! would reccomend but dont get your Hope's up
Great gym, with great equipment and a great vibe. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the people that train here are also generally very friendly. Prices are also incredibly reasonable. The equipment from the old location had been brought here, which is an added bonus.
It's a ok gym bit on the small side but still got must of the equipment to get ur big oh slim definitely can get a good work in il recommend it an the people that goes there I find them friendly yeah go n check them out
The home of Dorian! Excellent gym and good to see that its open for all. My gf loved training there, it has a great mix of cardio and weights but most importantly a surprisingly friendly atmosphere.
