Good local independent gym. Not a high street gym so don't expect it to be. Good range of equipment. Perfect gym if you just want to go and get on with it and train. Unfortunately some members don't fully appreciate the gym and do simple things like putting weights back etc but thats not the gyms fault. Very reasonably priced with longer memberships and even just mo they. No joining fees etc. Overall I recommend this gym but may not be for everyone. Generally clean too. Has boxing ring, matted area and even offer classes for additional costs for adults and kids through instructors. Male only gym.
If you are looking for a good local gym I can highly recommend this place, great if you want to do a quick workout or you are looking for a martial arts gym. If you are into martial arts I can highly recommend Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Mohamed Kchikach. He's a good instructor with high level skills and a great experience.
There's an amazing guy that answers the phone every time you want to speak to a manager he never cuts you off and is incredibly patient . I phoned him 6 times he never cut me off when I wanted to speak to his manager regarding sessions with clients there was a problem with the phone line, yet he still did his best to listen. He is great for the business for this gym. Ask him managers name he says khan ask him his name he says khan too. Guy is fantastic and helpful! I feel sorry for other gyms because this guy is going to put this gym on the map. It used to be a really nice gym as well now it's even better!! I have mad respect for staff like him.
Good brotherly presence here with adequate equipment for training and various martial arts/grappling.
Excellent local gym with good facilities including a sauna and cardio machines as well as self defence classes including karate boxing and wrestling. Shower and toilet facilities also available at the venue. The guys behind the counter are also class and humble, much respect to the boss shahid also a very funny and humble person with time on his hands for anyone that needs it!!
Lovely gym for brothers. Loads of weight equipment downstairs and a small ring, with mats and boxing bags upstairs. Theres lockers and showers too but parking isn't ideal. All the essentials are present but no luxuries, which is fine by me for £20 per month rolling you can't complain.

Excellent gym with all the facilities you need to achieve your goals. All the staff are super friendly and try their best to keep the gym clean, tidy and organised. There’s a nice brotherly atmosphere and always someone to talk to between sets.
Gym with everything under one roof, machines, free weights, cardio equipment boxing ring and ample punch bags . Changing rooms with lockers ,showers & sauna.
When I first joined I was welcomed but there was no classes you had to do work on your own and I didn't learn from that and then the men were rude and told me to get out and swore at me when it was closed by 15 seconds. The the man blanked me and people run around and mess around and people swear and they are not nice and they are not welcoming. Would not recommend this gym really lazy and not good for people to learn how to defend themselves
