Having trained here for over seven years, both Jamie and Sophie are an absolute dream combination. I have never stuck with a gym before but they make it so fun and are always adapting what we do so it’s never boring. They push the team in all the right ways. The gym itself welcomes people from all walks of life - ages, backgrounds, genders, fitness levels. All are welcome and both Jamie and Sophie go out of their way to make it so. No ego here so it’s not that intimidating or daunting to start.
I joined BFAST for the third time in June this year after being ready to get fit after having my children. I’ve already lost 6kg, feel stronger, remarkably fitter and calmer all round. Jamie and Sophie are lovely, kind people and I wouldn’t join anywhere else. They are super knowledgeable and I do believe this is what makes it work. I love going, the other members are fun to be around and I’m hoping to reach more goals with them.
I have been with this gym for 6 months now and I’m loving it! The trainers are excellent; really knowledgeable, really friendly, keep you accountable, happy to make adaptations for any particular concerns and always there to encourage you. The community of other gym members is also brilliant, everyone is really welcoming, really supportive and is there to get a good sweat on whilst having a good time. I have always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out but that is no longer an issue. Not only am I seeing results in my fitness and my strength but now I actually enjoy going to the gym!
Both me and my wife attend this gym and we couldn't recommend it enough to anybody wanting to start their fitness journey, or take it to the next level! Jamie and Sophie have made an extremely welcoming and supportive space with excellent facilities. They are both highly knowledgeable and we have found training not only motivating but fun!
I cannot recommend BFAST fitness highly enough! Jamie and Sophie are excellent coaches - highly knowledgable, professional and full of enthusiasm. The gym is organised and well equipped and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Overall, a fantastic place to work out and have fun along the way!
I cannot recommend BFAST Fitness highly enough. If you are considering giving them a try, just go ahead, you won’t regret it. Jamie, Sophie and Vy are excellent coaches. They know exactly how and when to push to make sure members get the most benefit out of every single session. The programmes are expertly planned and changed regularly so are never dull and always challenging. They consider our individual goals and will adapt and tweak the sessions to help us work towards these. I promise you, these guys really know their stuff! There is a real sense of community in the gym that is entirely different to any ‘commercial’ gym that I’ve been a member of previously. The coaches set a tone and that filters down through the members - BFAST is welcoming, supportive, and great fun. No egos and never intimidating. Ultimately a great place to train with fab coaches!
I’ve trained with BFast for almost 6 years and haven’t looked back. I initially started on the 30 day trial and was impressed the facility and service. The PT’s have a genuine interest in your health and fitness goals and help to tailor each session so you get maximum benefit out of your membership. Jamie, Sophie and Vy have built a great gym community. Always a great atmosphere to workout in and the social events are good fun too.
BFAST are my saviours! It’s approaching my 2 year anniversary since I joined and I wanted to express my gratitude that they have helped me turn my life around. When I joined them I was extremely overweight, lacking energy, always tired and feeling frankly a little bit hopeless. I’m in my late 40s, a busy mum and carer with a full time job and grappling with the onset of the menopause. I also had chronic back pain and arthritis in one joint. So I definitely presented them with a challenge! The owners Jamie and Sophie assessed my current fitness levels, helped to set my goals and gave me a nutrition plan and we set about in small incremental steps to get me feeling fit again. They have a warmth, positivity and a general can-do attitude that is unrivalled by any other gym I’ve been to yes I tried a few and didn’t commit. The banter at each session is just a bonus! Eight months into my membership they embarked on a journey to get people into a National fitness event called Hyrox look it up, it’s fear inducing. I told them they were mad, but put my trust in them and did it anyway. And I’ve never looked back. Since then I have gone down 3 dress sizes, my energy levels have given me a new lease on life, my mental attitude has soared and the good habits I’ve formed have stuck. I’m not on a “diet” and I didn’t race to “lose the belly fat to fit into a bikini” and I’m not on some crazy high intensity boot camp. The changes were small, sustainable and fit into my life without sacrifice. I love these guys so much because I couldn’t have made these changes without them and I love this new version of me. If you’re like me and struggling, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie and Sophie. The people who attend this gym come from all walks of life. You will be welcomed and you won’t regret it.
I have been a member of Bfast for years and absolutely love it. Jamie and Sophie have created an inclusive and supportive community of very different people that become friends. A life-long fitness fanatic, I have never been fitter. Perfect combination of variety, knowledge, challenge and care - couldn’t recommend it more
Great place! Great people! Jamie and Sophie are 2 of the best coaches you’ll find, they will support you, push you, educate you and make working out feel fun. Every session will put a smile on your face even when you can’t walk afterwards highly recommend BFAST
