I didn't think it was possible to have a no show letting agent from the same company twice in a row!!! Thanks Rebecca and Kayleigh for leaving us stranded (AGAIN). And the useless after hours "support team", thanks for advising us to ring the doorbell to a flat that has a tenant in it...because maybe the agent is waiting "inside" for us. Needless to say this poor tenant didn't know anything about a viewing, but was nice enough to let us in - as we took time of work to see her place. She did a bloody better job at showing us the flat that you did. You should be ashamed of how you run your letting department.

It's never the easiest of procedures when moving house. There's so much to do, and of course it's not the cheapest proposition either. Our move was issue-filled thanks to some major family issues, but the two staff I dealt with at the Horsham office were both efficient and accommodating. Communication is always key in any situation, and they have certainly been clear and helpful when crises arose. It's nice to know people will still go above and beyond to try to help.

Has been a pleasure dealing with these people at King and Chasemore. They have been very helpful and accommodating, guiding me through the whole process, keeping me informed and helping me to know what the next step is. Always willing to pick up the phone and talk through things and taking the time to come and let us see the house whenever we wanted to. A thank you especially to Jasmin who looked after our sale who was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale of our home went smoothly from start to finish. Having had a poor experience with another local agent we decided to give King & Chasemore's Country Homes department a go, and they didn't disappoint. They were professional throughout, calling me twice weekly with sales updates, and after finding me a buyer they progressed the sale through to a quick exchange. I have already recommended them to everyone I know and will definitely use them again.
