Don’t get this taxi service even if your life depends on it, as soon as we got in the car they started speeding and reckless driving. They went on the wrong side the road and nearly went to head on into an oncoming car. I do not feel safe in this car with this man I do not recommend this service you might as well just be dead already because you’re gonna die on the ride to your destination. minus infinity out of five stars!
AVOID!!!!! Ripped me off and charged me £100 from poringland to lakenham with a drop off in hempnell. Avoid unless you wanna be robbed
Had to make a long journey to Kent. Critical to be on a particular train. Taxi didn't turn up, didn't call and didnt apologise....appalling.
Will not let me book a taxi for 6 people 2 days in advance even if i pay upfront And this isn't lack of availability just because we mite let them down ??? And again I have offered to pay upfront!!! Just another scaming taxi company After grabing a quick overpriced fair Do not recommend
I do wonder how the taxi I rode in had passed any safety tests, it truly felt as though it was going to fall apart on my 2 mile journey home. Really don’t think taxis like this particular one should be allowed on the road
Worst taxi ride ever, very rude driver I don’t even know why he was acting like a jerk.. the price is even higher than other companies. Will never use them again
My bike broke on my way into work and I called Norwich Taxis UK. Within 5 mins I'd been collected and was on my way. I made it to work in time which was really important to me as I am only 3 weeks into a new job. The driver was interested without being intrusive and very kind and helped me out of my panic. I hope my bike doesn't break on my way in again, but I'm confident if it does on Norwich Taxis UK as my plan B. It was a big taxi, so could have fit my broken bike in too if I had known.
Booked taxi with wheel chair access last night, came on time and was very helpful. Also booked one for on the way back but wanted it earlier in the end and just rang up and they came straight away. Reasonable price taxi, friendly taxi driver. 10/10!
Bloody awful firm. Car's in dangerous condition. Often late and unreliable. Do not recommend.
