This place was fantastic, we came twice just to try more dishes because we enjoyed it that much the quality of the food was consistent, brought to us in a timely manner and the table service was perfect. The price was on point, well worth it and we gladly paid the optional 10% service charge; in a statement on the receipt it 100% goes to the staff serving you that day. Overall it was a great restaurant with a very authentic feel. Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious vegan options, not that I'm vegan myself, I just tried a few various dishes. Kid-friendliness: Children were there when we attended and they was more than accommodating to the small people. High chairs are provided if they are needed too.
I am so impressed with this place! The food is really delicious! The best octopus I’ve ever had! I wish I had more pictures to share. If you are a tapas fan, you have to check it out. Great wines too! I recommend it to everyone.
Good food. Service was a bit lacking on both days we visited. Very good for a quick meal if attending a fair at the ExCelFood: 5/5
Excellent food, friendly staff and beautiful restaurant. Came in after an event at the Excel centre and will likely be back next time! Thank you!
Tried this place out while staying in the area. It’s right next to Excel London. Nicely spaced out tables, enjoyed the ambience - not brightly lit and overly loud like a large room like this could suffer from. We ordered several tapas dishes, I particularly enjoyed the chorizo. I found the amounts of each varied. Huge amount of olives for example and only 6 prawns on another dish. It’s hard to work out what’s worth ordering per person or to share! I think the presentation of the ‘selection de ibericos’ could do with some attention for the money. Overall I enjoyed the evening.
What a wonderful quick dinner I just had. The experience made all the better by our fantastic waiter Martin G. Book up this place if you are down for a show as it gets busy. Again Martin G was very attentive and informative. If you're unsure of what you would like just ask your waiter. Five stars will be back !!
Excellent tapas place. Every plate was good. The only thing to improve is that they don't leave the water jar in the table. So thats a little uncomfortable.Food: 5/5
I know one star is too harsh, considering the good food, good service and the rest. All above didn’t in anyway disappoint us. It was reasonably priced too. What we didn’t like is when we couldn’t finish and wanted to take home one of the leftover mini burgers, we were told that we weren’t allowed to or something to that effect. We could have been offered a box at least if handling food or staff shortages were of concern.
If you want authentic delicious Spanish tapas then this is not the place for you. However the service was pleasant, as was the ambiance, and overall it was an enjoyable evening. The majority of the food was good, although I did not enjoy the mushrooms at all and the brownie we chose as one of the desserts seemed to be a cake. It tasted nice but I was fairly sure it had said brownie on the menu. The only other disappointment was the bathroom which was a state. The dryer looked like it had never been cleaned and the place felt quite unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in. I would expect it from an old pub maybe but not from a restaurant that looked so warm and inviting. A nice evening out but if you are looking for amazing food I would give it a miss.
Lovely place but food very overpriced….nearly £10 for a tiny chicken skewer with just 3 cubes of meat and 2 bits of pepper and mushrooms on it. Waitress was very unfriendly to the point of being rude. Such a shame as it could be really great. Went with 4 friends yesterday as we were attending an exhibition….there was nowhere else really to go so I suppose they do have a captive audience Vegetarian options: There where some veggie option’s available
