I was recommended Tania by my sister who told me she had nothing short of had an incredible influence on her life and the way she thought about things. To say I was a little bit sceptical is a lie- I have been through different rounds of counselling and been on and off anti-depressants ever since my mum died over 6 years ago (although my issues started way before that). 
On meeting Tania in Watford for our first consulting session I knew it was going to be something good. Even her hugs felt like I was coming home to a friend and I instantly was made to feel comfortable.

I moved to Australia as our sessions began with Tania making the transition really easy and being totally flexible with timings for our skype sessions. Over the sessions and time we had, I learnt so much more than I thought I would. I learnt how to listen to my negative thinking and how to address this, how to channel my perfectionist character and how to stop externalising everything! I am still working towards some of my goals (realistic ones this time...!) but I've now been given the skills to keep going.

I totally recommend, with all of my heart, Tania for anyone who wants to start making positive steps to become more present in their own life. She challenges you when you need to be challenged, poses questions to you which make you question yourself in ways you haven't done before and sets you tasks which you can adopt into your own daily routines after the sessions have finished. It's not easy but it's something everyone should be doing.

Tania uses many experiences and the "Thrive programme" which is life changing,
more important still it is long lasting well beyond the sessions,
I would be happy to recommend her to anyone trying to make a change no matter how big or small
