Great place and the staff are great people, too.

Great independent gym that has all the equipment you could need and are upgrading too. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff mean its a great place to workout. There are also various classes that you can take part in.

Great gym, I have sessions with Josh which are fab. Not the biggest place but also too busy which is perfect for me!!

This place was seriously impressive! Just a big building on an industrial estate, but it has an entire room for cardio machines alone, a room for boxing / conditioning in addition to the massive dance studio and a the widest range of body building kit I have ever seen! A ton of old skool plate loading machines, plenty of free dumbells & free weights. The lass on the desk was super friendly, only a fiver for a one off visit, this place is a bit of a hidden gem!!!

Gym is always clean, staff are really helpful. I like to train here as tends to be less "clicky" then other gyms I've been too. Some of the equipment could do with some new foam on handles and pads ect but other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin :

Quiet on an evening, great equipment, kind staff. Space upstairs is fantastic for classes. Only down side would have to be parking.

This is a decent gym that charges affordable prices. It's not state of the art or all brand new equipment that's never been sweated on ---- BUT it's clean, functional and doesn't charge the earth. Plus it's staffed by nice, friendly and helpful people. I've seen a couple of reviews on Google where people have said how unfriendly the staff are - I don't know where they get that from unless the reviews are out of date. I know there was a change on management relatively recently so that may have applied to previous staff but certainly doesn't apply now. Also they have Nicky Grayson in attendance offering sports massage and injury rehab services. She's looked after me through a few running injuries and comes highly recommended.  What they lack in glass & chrome they make up for with nice shiny personalities.

Nice old school gym,good equiptment ,plenty of space nice friendly feel ,staff are spot on ,very reasonably priced training ,its clean tidy and you can grab a shower after your workout ,ticks all my boxes .

My daughter attends street dance classes here and absolutely loves it, the gym looks fab with a multitude of equipment and a good variety of classes, plenty of parking and next to a cafe so great to grab a drink/snack if waiting for kids to finish dance.

Amazing gym just had all the equipment reupholstered as well so everything looks fresh, would highly recommend this gym to anyone in or just out of the local area.
