I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years.i  can honestly say it's the friendliest and most welcoming gym anyone could wish for. The. Staff are very helpful and professional.The equipment is modern and the gym is kept totally spotless and clean.There is good parking facilities too.Over all there is no gym in the area which offers such value for money that has so much too offer.

This gym has everything you need at very low prices no contract a choice to pay weekly or monthly and if you pay monthly you get 1 week free :) all about fitness freedom and low cost for all the staff are friendly and members too I highly recommend this gym to anyone a classic old skool gym 👍

IF THAT IS RECCOMENDED HAS SMALL,( POOR AND FAIR ) THEY MUST OF BEEN SOMEWHERE ELSE, BOTH THE LADIES AND MIXED GYM ARE SUPERB, VERY HELPFULL STAFF,AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE,
