The gym is located down a side street, just of Spring Bank. The approach to it could be a bit disconcerting to some woman as you walk down a side street with poor lighting and then across a large car park. The gym itself is great with a large selection of machines (weights and cardio) which are normally freely available as the gym never seems to be over busy. The staff are attentive and friendly and prices reasonable. The changing facilities are roomy enough but not huge. They are clean and no wait for the showers. You do have to bring your own pad-lock to secure the storage cabinets though, I bought mine from the front desk but don't depend on them being available and buy you own before going. The parking is plentiful and just beside the gym. Given the location, I'm not certain how secure it is though. I'm sure there is CCTV but it still doesn't "feel" that safe.

Gym is good. Bit small, but staff are friendly and music is often decent. Price is very reasonable.
