I am truly happy with the support I have had from Dr Suri and staff. I appreciate the challenges and the pressures all NHS services are facing even before the pandemic and have felt listened to and been able to raise concerns.
Receptionist are very very rude. They always in rush, don’t even listen properly over the phone. Twice booked the appointment wrong. Dr suri is awful. He thinks he is running a private clinic so that he can treat patients the way he wants. Very rude person. I will never recommend
Receptionists are rude, in person and over the phone. The phone lines are outdated and we constantly receive the busy dial tone. Please upgrade this and teach your staff not to be rude. Or hire new, helpful and friendly staff that actually enjoy their jobs.
This surgery is just awful. If you can just choose another one. The staff is rude, the doctor is not really interested in hearing your health issues. They mixed my blood test results and prescribed me a treatment for a condition I didn't have.
5th Experience 16th & 17th of July 2019 The worse experience in my entire life- On the 16th of July 2019, I brought my 14yrs old son, who very recently join us on a permanent basis in the UK, to register at the same GP like the rest of the family. My wife his step mother and his 10th month sister was also in attendance being a short walk from home. We brought all necessary documentation such as his passport with appropriate visa, birth certificate, up to date immunisation card, my passport, wife's passport and proof of address. Straight away we were told it is not possible we should try another time. We were given the form to bring back. Whilst filing out the form in the presence of the staff member we were ask if we have the documents including proof of address. We said yes and we immediately offered his passport, birth certificate and proof of address. We were told that his birth certificate was not necessary. Just passport and proof of address. Passport and proof of address was photo copied and given back to us. I then suggested to the staff member to make a copy of the his visa as this can answer any questions regarding my sons entitlement to NHS care. The staff member very reluctantly took a copy. Today 17th of July 2019, I received a phone call from the surgery informing me that they will have to report me for child trafficking, to my shock and astonishment, because apparently I have not provided my son's birth certificate and no proof that I am his father. I made the person aware that we had offered his birth certificate the evening before and was told it is not necessary. I was at work and suggested that my son can drop it off in 20-30mins which he did. The staff members in Hainault Surgery felt it appropriate to question my son on his background and family ties with no prior consent from me. Today is his 5th day in the UK and was pushed to disclose information to complete strangers that he has never met and was not even welcoming to him in the first place. My wife and I expressed our disappointment with this treatment to which we were told that it is all fine now, he is registered, they were protecting the interest of the child and maybe members of their team need more training. We still do not know if we should expect a visit from police for "trafficking my own son" or someone from social care. There is no training session that exist to teach common sense and people how to to treat other humans with basic courtesy. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED FOR A VISIT ALSO BECAUSE I CAN MAKE REPORTS AS WELL!!!
The doctor listened to my concerns about my ill mother, his patient, and arranged a domiciliary visit immediately.
