So bad service, you have to know what medication you want and they can just write prescription. Never you can get appointment easy and today was waiting for an hour and nobody answered the phone. So how you suppose to get appointment and it's emergency for my one year old baby. Why nobody change the doctors and system how they work they get paid for nothing.

Veey very very UNPROFESSIONAL . I was trying to do my blood tests and they didn't know even to fill my blood test papers . I made the blood test and the results failed for some reasons. The second time I went to collect the paper to do my second blood tests and the doctor didn't even thick the boxes wirh the tests I had to do . I had to take 4 days off ...no 5 days off for a simple blood test

They were completely unprofessional and uninterested in my problem. I'm waiting for the test results for 3 weeks.

The Doctors and Nurses at the Chigwell Medical Centre have always been very professional and patient with me thoughout my childhood and continue to help me today to an amazing degree. They have always had my best interests in mind and have saved my life on a few occasions. I wouldn't be able to thank them enough for all they have done to me. And those that have given them one star sham on you, they have been trying thier best despite the many budget cuts and providing an brilliant service among all else.
