I've been here a few times and each time it gets worse. Weather it's over 15 minutes waiting to order on the drive through or parking up and going inside the service is always slow despite members working their standing chatting and laughing. No communication on realistic wait times and if your order is sent out wrong and you address this either in store or at the drive through you're told to stand and wait further while they correct it instead of food being dropped down so you can enjoy the part of the meal done correctly. Standing and waiting for a Supermacs mistake defeats the purpose of fast food and also gives a poor experience as you've the burger you ordered fresh but the rest of the meal now cold.........
Almost perfect in every way. Is just on more than one occasion even though I order a simple snack box I wait for like 15 minutes despite cooked chicken and chips in plain view ready to be served, but unfortunately priority is given apparently to online orders despite your own order just being served in mere seconds.
Place to have a quick lunch/dinner. Recommend the chocolate muffin with ice cream. Need to try more options.Recommended dishesChocolate Muffin with Ice Cream
I ordered for 3 veggie burger meals - regular size and the person at the counter didn't bother to clarify if something was not clear to her and ordered regular burger meal which is a beef burger by default. On receiving the order I was a little surprised the way the burger looked and on enquiring I was told it was a beef burger. We have been strict vegetarians for life and our kid even ate half of the burger given to her , as she was starving without realising it was beef. I was asked to pay for the veggie burger replacement for no fault of mine and the person at the counter didn't even bother to apologize at least . She straight away came with the veggie burgers , kept it on the table and went away. She couldn't care less. We are fans of veggie burgers at supermacs and we are regulars here in Athone. But, this time the experience was awful to say the least !!
I've always likes supermacs since I was a kid but today when I ordered some pizza, chips and chicken I was very disappointed when the where many trands of hair in my chicken tenders.
The chicken I ordered was pink and black. Only given one piece of chicken and could not even attempt to eat it. Staff were very grumpy and threw my change at me causing it to fall on the ground. Wouldn’t even feed this food to the rats. Never would I recommend this place to anyone

Very disappointed with the service from this outlet. I have always been a regular customer since they opened. Now I find a poor attitude when I ask for delivery. I literally live a 5 minute walk from the outlet but am pretty much immobile. Not impressed to be spoken to as I was this evening! Need to look at your staff.... especially when less people will order food in these times!!!! Just got a delivery from Apache in 20 minutes! So very annoyed!!! UPDATE: Actually since the manager contacted me regarding this issue the problem was very quickly addressed and I am very happy with their service again

worst restaurant i’ve ever been at. the chicken i got was pink. lady at the cashier was so rude and threw my coins on the floor instead of handing them to me. she didn’t say a word to me at all and was very moody altogether. food took less than a minute to be ready which is always a bad sign. chicken was pink and was given the wrong order. never again.
