One of Athens most hidden gems. If you want to taste and learn something about Greek wines, this is the place to go. You can sense from the very beginning how much love Sofia - the owner - put into everything at this place and how she appreciates wine herself. Being a wine enthusiast I can only say this is a must see in Athens :
Nice wine and wonderful service. Family own place with wine tastings and food pairings. Got there late so didn’t get a full wine tasting but sampled a couple and they were very nice. for reference: 50€ for the tasting which comes with 6 wines that you can kind of choose m at least categories and some food to pair. Might go back later this week for it.
An unique experience that I can highly recommend. A journey through flavours and passion across the whole of Greece. Discover wine you did not think you needed, but trust me you do. Sophia guides you through the experience with enthusiasm and that makes it all even better.
We had a very nice wine tasting, with 7 different Greek wines, accompanied by a Greek food platter cheese, salami and the like. It was delicious and the owner takes her time to elaborate on what you’re drinking, where it’s from etc. Would recommend!
A super nice little gem in Plaka to taste Greek wines. The super nice owner will find the perfect wine for you, starting at 7€ per glass. Not a lot of tables but she will try her best to accommodate you within the next 30 minutes!
Great place for wine lovers. Nice tour through Greek wines with a full wine tasting! The owners are knowledgeable about all Greek varietals and producers. Really recommend for a nice evening with good wines!
My husband and I had a wonderful wine tasting with Sophia. While still in Greece, I’m still trying to find a better wine glass to match what she shared with us. Highly recommend this quaint spot!
We stumbled across Finewine and It was the best discovery we made in Athens. The shop is so lovely, the ambiance is perfect. And the wines delicious. If you can book a tasting with Sofia, the owner, do it!! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain each wine, and the different regions and grapes. We loved it so much, and can’t wait to go back!
Amazing wine tasting experience with in depth details, geography, and generous pours! Gorgeous atmosphere, very romantic and quiet corner. Fabulous and unique wine selection!
Amazing wine tasting experience. It comes with 7 wines and a platter. Sofia was wonderful and we learned a lot from her about Greek wines and regions. The environment is wonderful in the heart of Athens. Must do for wine lovers.
