Superdrug

This is the worst of all Superdrug stores or any store for that matter that I've visited. There has never been a time when a sales person in the shop knew an answer to the most basic of my questions such as where are certain products like lense cleaning wipes. When they have a deal in certain brands they have no clue about it and never offer the free gifts that come with the deals, I always have to ask and they are clueless. I was also just held up for 15 minutes because they made a mistake and then they asked ME to fill in and sign a bloody form after all their mess and loss of my time. This shop and all its workers I've dealt with so far is a complete JOKE!

People in the pharmacy don't care how ill you are. I went there to get my medication (prescribed by my gp) for sinusitis and ear infection they asked me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and they asked for another 20 minutes. As I felt very dizzy and it was cold in the store I decided to come home as I needed bed rest. Never experienced such an unprofessional disrespectful customer service. We could do better than this.

Eyelash extensions - in spite of the cordiality of the beauty technicians, this product is being publicized as lasting up to 3 weeks but i've done it twice and they keep falling from day 2, having the utmost care for them... lasted about a week to week and a half. very annoying. wouldn't mind paying for it but knowing the real duration of the lashes...
