Rarely do our expectations become exceeded in this life, a sad fact, but one I am happy to say is not the case from my recent experience at Ernest Jones Maidenhead. Having purchased many items from them over the years I visited on the off chance of getting a simple watch repair. Not only did they repair it same day, it was cleaned without my asking and without charge, returned in a velvet embossed bag, and for the minor sum of £2.50!! Exceeded expectations on every level, not just the price but the good old fashioned service. (Having been charged £10.00 elsewhere for the same repair a year or so earlier by an alternative shop in Maidenhead). The staff are a credit to the business, and other retail outlets that charge over the odds and do as little as possible should take note! Thank you and keep up the good work!!
