Clarks

I am dismayed at the experience at this store. We had an inept assistant who didn't know how to measure feet and we had to point out that our child's foot wasn't on the gauge correctly. It took an inordinate amount of time to bring shoes up and then weren't the size measured. Ended up having to order the right size in. Simple you think, show text from Clark's and collect? No on the second visit a mardy shop assistant wasn't happy with just a text message nor the email confirmation. She wasn't happy with much and certainly didn't want to serve a customer. It was unpleasant and unprofessional and we don't be using the store again. Did I mention when the shoes finally came up from store room her throwing them on the chair by us and walking away without a word? Horrendous.
