Did an amazon job of transferring my boyfriends data from his old phone to his new phone. Really helpful and understanding, great demonstration of phone. Extremely friendly and smiley. Outstanding customer service. Well done tom

My contract was up for renewal, something I always find stressful purely due to not having a clue on how to then set up, save numbers, transphere data etc. I was seen promptly by a very helpful member of staff in the maidenehead store who set me up with my new contract and then passed to Tom the 'Guru' who transphered everything from my old to new phone. I can't tell you how pleased I Was at this help as no way would I of been able to do this at home myself! The whole process took about half an hour and I left with the phone ready to go. Thank you again 😊

If I could score 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service from Tom at o2 today. I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting manor! He was VERY unhelpful - too busy leaning on the desk and laughing in my face than actually listening to my problem, which was to do with a new phone sent to me from o2. As a customer of six years of o2 I am shocked by how badly I have just been spoken to, new customers stay clear!! I certainly will not be renewing my contract at the end of this year with o2 as a result of his behavior today.
