Terrible service. Took a faulty charm into store last week . Charm itself had snapped but was told by member of staff it was wear and tear despite only being purchased 5weeks before. When I explained it couldn't have been wear and tear after 5 weeks and must have been a weak join in the metal making it a manufacturering fault the staff member (assistant manager I think) told me that herself and other members of staff  were always breaking their own charms and they expected that due to wear and tear- not a good advertisement for the company they are representing!!I was told to leave it in store for the manager to look at the following day and she would call me - that was a week ago and I've not had any correspondence at all! I expect a piece of jewellery to last longer than a month but if it doesn't I expect far better customer service than what I have received so far- not for a member of staff to tell me their charms always break !!
