Totally Wicked – E-cigarette and E-liquid shop

It would be nice seeing as this place is advertised being open from 9am till 6pm that the shop should actually be open. Stood outside a locked door for more than 10 mins with no one in the shop and not even a note left on the door saying they'd be back seeing as this place has also sold my brother a shoddy arc 4 e cig in the past I do not recommend shopping here

Never open. Waited 30 mins on 2 occasions within trading hours but the store remained closed. 12.40pm Sunday 26th March myself and 2 others waiting again.

Asked if they had any coils for my tank. "No we have been asking for ages" they said. Then asked if they had any new ejuices. "Nah" they responded. Absolutely useless staff. I went in wanting to buy something, it was obvious they just wanted me out the shop asap. I have never been in a shop so unwelcoming. Avoid at all costs and take the trip to the Burnham/Slough store where they are marginally better.

before Totally Wicked took over customers where less important and staff focused on mobile phones and private conversations. Returning after the take over i noticed not much has changed, however decent e liquids where eventually available. Who needs customers ey? wont be going there again....
