I am really happy with my car I bought from Suffolk Trade Centre. It was in brilliant condition and well cared for. Duncan and Trevor were very welcoming and accommodating. They we're very easy to discuss with, patient and considerate. We mainly dealt with Duncan and he was natural, honest, really listened and was very helpful with our questions and overall did his best to give us a very lovely experience. We we're there for quite a while but he was very patient, didn't rush us. He shown me how to use the flat tyre equipment and also helped me to my road tax. Many warm thanks you to you both!

I brought my car from Duncan late June and I still love my little Audi just as much as when I brought it. Duncan was very professional and gave great advice, didn't make me feel pressurized and just an all round genuine person. I traded my previous car and the experience was completely stress free. I recently bought a car from Duncan, and it was an exceptional experience to close the deal with him. He was truly genuine and trustworthy. Purchasing my Mercedes from Duncan at Suffolk Trade Centre was a refreshing change to my previous experience buying cars. Duncan was knowledgeable about the car and was open about its history. Duncan allowed me time to fully look over the car and take it for a good test drive on my own. This made all the difference as I was able to relax and feel like I was making an informed, non-pressured decision. The car was in excellent condition and Duncan was very helpful addressing a few minor issues I had with the car. I thoroughly recommend and will definitely consider buying my next used car from Suffolk Trade Centre.
Excellent customer experience and after sales service. We recently purchased a Mini One for our daughter and were very kindly assisted by Duncan. Nothing was too much trouble, and he spent lots of time making sure the vehicle was immaculate, had an up to date MOT, and we were completely happy with it. Purchased my 2nd car from Trevor and Duncan last week. 2nd for me and probably 10th for our family. Every time we get incredible service that clearly keeps us going back! If you are in the market for a new car, it's worth travelling a long way to do a deal with these guys.
Purchased a 2015 VW Golf R from Duncan on 1st Feb 2019. A very friendly, conscientious and non pushy approach led to an excellent experience overall. I feel that I was given a very fair price in part exchange for my own vehicle. I also feel that I paid a competitive price for my new car, which is absolutely stunning and is a perfect example of what a Golf R should look like. Duncan was very helpful and honest and only too happy to answer any questions I had and help me where he could. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Duncan and the team to anyone and would certainly consider buying another vehicle from him again. Yesterday we purchased our new land rover discovery from Duncan. He had bought it in especially for us and it was just has he had described it over the phone. He sent us photos of the vehicle and kept us informed through out the whole process. when we collected the car it had been cleaned etc. Duncan was so polite and helpful.
