Desira are an absolute bunch of cowboys and rip off merchants. Non existent customer service and about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
Just after your money and will lie and cheat you to get as much from you as possible.
Never heard of a garage that doesnt advise their customers during a service of recommended work that should be done as per manufactures guidelines and then state it is down to the customer.
Lies about faults on your car. Stories change every other day to suit.
Lies about recalls and doesnt inform the customer of recall notices on their vehicle.

This is by far the worst car dealership in East Anglia. Beware some of these comments have been made by existing members of staff in an effort to raise their poor ratings.  The way sales staff are treated is atrocious, last year they turned over 9 different people and a sales manager, enough said!!  God help you when you leave Desira because they rip you off by not paying what you are owed. Customer Service is non existent,YOU Have been warned

Typical Alfa dealership. Not exciting, engaging or particularly helpful but they do stock Alfa, which is its only feeding feature.
