I bought an Audi A4 09 Plate April last year. When buying a car some dealers loose interest in you/any problems that arise once they have your money. Not the case with Focus. As with any used motor problems can arise, it happens. In these instances its the aftercare that's crucial. Focus not only booked my car in the next day to be resolved, they even gave me a courtesy car and petrol for my troubles. The car had a sensor that had been knocked (delicate lil things those sensors). There was 1 further issue that arose a few days after my car had been delivered to my home address (excellent customer service considering I live approx 70 miles away (each way)). I phoned them and it was booked into a local garage of my choosing and the window motor was replaced without any fuss. No small print get out of jail warranty. The car has since been immense and is an absolute pleasure to drive, it hasnt missed a beat. Customer for life now. Excellent

Bought my car here in 2015.Really good condition and very reasonable price. To date just had one problem but definitely worth buying car here compared to all big car dealers.
