Excellent service from start to finish, Rob went above and beyond what we agreed in the sale, replace both a battery and windscreen that I had not asked for. The car had an issue that came to light about 3 weeks after purchase, Rob took it back, fixed it and gave us a loan car well the work was done. Painless and brilliant service. The issue was all fixed and the car has been A1 since, I will buy my next car from Rob as and when the time comes and would have no issue in recommending these guys. All you could want from a car dealer and more.

Fantastic service from Robert and Leighton! We found the car we wanted 60 miles from home. It had a few problems, but the boys sorted everything out to make sure that the car was perfect when we collected it. Even gave us a courtesy car to bridge the gap! Couldn't have received better service! Well done boys!!

We have had amazing service from Robert and the team based out of the Sudbury branch. My husband bought our Alfa Mito from them and we experienced no pressure and left to look and decide in our own time(Exactly how vehicle sales shops should operate). We are extremely happy with both the car purchased at Cavendish UK and the service provided by Robert and his team. We feel like the dealership couldn't have done more for us. From issuing paperwork on time, to explaining how the new car worked, to fixing a couple of very tiny issues the car came with in a promptly manner, Cavendish UK was utterly a pleasure to deal with. Cavendish UK have our whole trust and we will definitely be coming back for another used car when the need arises. In the meantime, we'll be recommending them to our friends and family. THANK YOU!
