Picked my new car up from Scott on Wednesday with no issues. Scott communicated with me the whole time while the car was awaiting MOT, went above and beyond the repairs required and ensured the car was in a great, clean condition for me to drive away in. All in all a fantastic service!
Recently purchased a Mitsubishi L200 from here and I'm really pleased. I live 5 hours from the garage but was told over the phone about the truck. On the day of picking up the truck we arrived at 11 and viewed the truck in the car lot after viewing it I was offered a test drive and after that purchased the truck. I was a little hesitant at buying a new car but when I visited SJ Peters and the selection of cars I knew I would find the right one for me. I fell in love with one car and was told lots of information and background on the car. This helped me make my final decision. I was given a good rate for my part exchange and was really happy with my deal. The car is exactly as I was told it would be and I knew what to expect from the detailed description. I am delighted with the friendly and professional service I received, and was thrilled that the salesman was not pushy. Would definitely recommend.
A trustworthy car salesman with great after sales service, After buying a Skoda Yeti from Scott the water pump needed replacement, he promptly paid for the item and the work to be done. Fair play, can’t fault him
Recently bought a Nissan qashqai from Scott,who is a honest decent fella,had a query on the aircon,immediately sent us around to the nearby garage he uses for repairs. Checked out by mechanic straight away. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Competitively priced vehicles
Drove over 30 minutes to get there as there opening times said they are open when I got there the gates were locked I phoned up got no reply 10 minutes later I got a call back I said I would like to view a car I have seen got told they were closed what car was it I wanted to see so I told the bloke and got told no that's already sold yet it was still online as available so went back home again waste of trip. Called up again a few weeks later so I didnt waste my time again got completely ignored saw a car online says its a 13 plate yet the reg says 05 and is registered as a completely different car very dodgy. Avoid as not worth the hassle and clearly dodgy.
Horrible scumbag of a man. Bought a car for 8500. Broke down on the way home - 5 hour journey - with smoke billowing out of the engine. Called the AA who took it to a garage near my house. Called SJ Peters on the mobile he had been using to call me whilst making the sale. Advised a send him the quote for the repair before getting it done. Ended up being a big repair and quoted £6500. He then said he would refund me as under warranty. Send me a cheque. That bounced. Called him on his mobile and he started to shout and swear because I’d called his mobile. Ended up getting the money back in the end but it was very difficult. He’s a horrible person. Would not recommend buying from SJ Peters at all.
I can honestly say that the service I received from S J Peters Car Sales was exemplary from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was delivered direct to my door. The extraordinary times we are currently living in makes the speedy and considerate service I received even more appreciated. Lovely car at a very reasonable price and great service you cannot ask for more. Thank you.
