WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Sundays:
Classic Sundays is the name of the game here. The bar is open all day from 2.00pm through till 12.00am (midnight) for you to relax, enjoy some pool or more in our games area, grab a light lunch or whatever helps you unwind after a Saturday night of partying.
Admission is free except on special occasions and Bank Holiday events.

Mondays & Tuesdays:
Subside will be open from 12.00pm (midday) through till 12.00am for your early week leisure time. Admission is free except on special occasions and Bank Holiday events.

Wednesdays:
Wednesdays are our student night. With more great brand name drinks offers than any other night of the week and the coolest tunes from our resident DJ there is no other place to be. Drinks offers include:
Carlsberg Lager @ £2.50 pint
Carling Cider @ £2.50 pint
Doom Bar @ £2.50 pint
Becks, Budweiser, Grolsch, Peroni, Stella bottled beers @ £2.00 bottle
Bacardi, Captain Morgan Spiced, Fireball, Jagermeister & Jim Beam Red Stag all @ £2.50 a double
The bar is open all day from 12.00pm (midday) through till 12.00am (midnight) with the drinks offers starting at 7.00pm and DJ at 8.00pm.
Admission is free except on special occasions and Bank Holiday events.

Thursdays:
Thursdays are our live band night. Each week Surprise You’re Dead Music will be putting on a great bill featuring the best in local talent. And the best news about this is that entry is totally FREE! This way you get to check out the hottest local bands without having to lose any of your precious beer money!
The bar is open all day from 12.00pm (midday) through till 12.00am (midnight) and admission is free except on special occasions and Bank Holiday events.


Are you in a band? Want a gig? Now’s your chance to play at Subside, Birmingham’s rock & alternative bar! Subside will be holding gigs for local bands and are looking for bands of any type that falls into the rock & alternative genres to play. You must have your own backline equipment (drums, amps, cabs!) and/or be willing to kit share with another band due to lack of stage space but it’s your chance to play at the soon to become legendary Subside and propel you on the road to superstardom…..! Well maybe anyway…
So, if you want to play with your band at Subside then please send an e-mail to our band promoters, Surprise You’re Dead Music at [email protected] or find them on Facebook (and us!) with ‘My Band Wants To Play Subside’ in the subject line, enclose your name, band name, type of music and very importantly, a contact telephone number and the SYDM team will discuss the possibilities with you.


Fridays & Saturdays:
The whole bar will be rocking to the tunes played by our rotating resident DJ’s so that you never get bored by the mix of rock, metal, punk, ska, indie & alternative anthems old and new that will be blasting out each and every week!
The bar is open all day from 12.00pm (midday) through till 6.00am the next day. Admission is free before 9.00pm then between 9.00pm and midnight, admission is £3 with admission after midnight at £4.00.

Subside is the dedicated rock and alternative music bar in the heart of Birmingham. Situated at 57 High St, Digbeth, Birmingham, next door to the coach station and virtually opposite the O2 Institute, Subside is THE destination bar for anybody who likes their music to come with attitude.
