Old Pub. Large garden/outdoor area with plenty of seating. £6 pint of Guinness and by far the best I've had in Birmingham. Don't be put off as they serve the Guinness in a non-Guinness glass, it was 10/10. Lady behind bar was also nice and offered us some free snacks.Service: 5/5
Lovely boozer, friendly staff, and if you visit, take a look at the landlords painting in the conservatory they are really good, although I did notice that Rory Gallagher was absent Service: 5/5
Great pub, of the beaten track for visitors, but with finding! Good range of ales and an interesting selection of bottled beers. Bar staff are lovely, happy to let you sample the asked before committing to buy. There was live jazz the evening I visited.
One of my favourite pubs in Birmingham. The outdoor area is huge, the beer selection is always very good, and the atmosphere, especially on a match day, is electricService: 4/5
Great traditional pub full of charm and character. Excellent ales. Great staff team. Enjoy.Service: 5/5

I used to love the spotted dog.. one of my favourite pubs in Birmingham. However I now have a dog and rather ironically the spotted dog bans dogs! Even from the garden. Very sad that it is now off my list..Service: 4/5
