Fantastic service! Relocated recently from the South and the team couldn't have been more helpful. James especially was brilliant at communicating due to the distance and stress involved in my move. He rang me back and emailed conformation of goods purchased and really helpful for delivery date. The guys Ian & Benn delivered and installed my goods. They were polite, friendly and aswell as giving me a brief explanation of the white goods they were also very careful they didn't damage the property when entering. First class job guys and would highly recommend.
Poor customer service when handling a refund for a returned item. I telephoned as requested by their team via eBay, they asked for my personal card details, over and above what was required for a refund, advised by bank not to disclose this info. When I questioned this, they hung up on me, phoned me back, then hung up on me again. An absolute disgrace, however reason to believe it's a scam. They have been reported to PayPal and eBay. DONT BUY ANYTHING From THEM OR GIVE THEM Your Details
Friendly staff, brought over exact model wanted from their store so we could physically inspect aspects of the new design before placing order. The competition only had "about to be redundant" models. Fitted new unit and took old one away without hassle. Staff were informed about workings of this particular model. Only improvement might be shortening retrieving and fitting lead times or having all stocked models in Lboro store
Absolutely fantastic during my emergency - Clients fridge freezer stopped working and it was fully loaded! They sold me one from their display and even helped me load it onto my van - problem solved within an hour! Thank you!
