Wanted to see a suzuki swift sport (still available to this review date) only to be told the price couldn't be lowered at all and there would also be a hidden £150 fee charge for buying it on top?? Why?? (I ask because it was not explained clearly) A week later the car has been reduced by almost £300 (that was sudden) but looking at the other reviews I would rather not travel all day to get there and be disappointed. (A good 100 mile round trip) Guy seemed pretty rude and blunt to me on the phone for politely asking if the price could be considered to be lowered. Maybe someone was having a bad day but come on.... I will take my £4000+ and better someone else thanks who shows a bit of consideration and kindness towards their customers.

They seem to have a decent selection of reasonably priced cars on the forecourt. We were able to have a good look around without being pounced on by over-eager sales staff so that's a big positive. I've not bought anything from here yet so can't comment on the service in any detail.

Coming up to a year my wife bought a Mazda 6 from this place! After a little while she found it out car has head gasket failure! Phoned place up they did not want to take responsibility for the car as we were excepted. But under consumer right act 2015 they had no choice they must fixed the car. So my wife left a bad feed back as they could not proof were the car has been fixed or what was wrong with it at all!!!!! Manager of this place was keep on emailing her about this feed back so they aggred my wife will remove bad feed back if she receive the paper work. After 6 months still not here. Not too surprised I must admit. After what I found when I picked up the car. So this place were pulling time to us to pick up our car and keep it in an unsafe place and also the car has been pulled to an other place to fix or God knows what happened with it. Obviously when my wife highlighted they must pay for an rental car as this fixing takes a month now they straight away told her your car is ready to collect. I would not trust this place any more and also they has been reported to the consumer people not long ago. She waited long enough to them to proof what went wrong. Sorry but no more patien!
