This branch is fantastic! The staff are knowledgeable, really polite and couldn't be more helpful. All my questions were answered and I was given lots of time during my appointment. My glasses were great value and look really good. I am very pleased with them and the store even adjusted them for me when I asked. You couldn't ask for a better service! My husband and two sons also go here and we are all really pleased with this opticians. Thank you!

I was really impressed by the quality of the eye test and ensuing consultation given to me by the Optician. Really impressive standard of work and commitment to patient care. First class advice.
Staff very helpful, glasses fine and the price was very welcome.
Informed and polite staff. I was seen quickly and the staff informed me every step of what was happening. Staff also helped with choosing frames and answered any questions I had.

So I don’t usually leave reviews but I just wanted to thank all the staff for being so kind and accommodating. My children had an appointment this evening and I had no choice but to bring my 14 month old very energetic toddler with us. The staff were so lovely to him. Engaging with him and giving me a very much needed break from running after him. I even had time to stuff my face with food . One of the ladies found him a ball to play with while my oldest picked his new glasses. We didn’t feel rushed out and my oldest was able to try on as many pairs of glasses as needed to pick the right fit for him. I always feel so self conscious when I take him to appointments. He’s not the type to sit and be quiet ‍. Thank you for making us feel welcome. You all went above and beyond and I am grateful. You don’t know how much your kindness meant to me today. I would highly recommend this place and all the staff members we met today. We had a late appointment and It looked like they have been having a really busy day with lots of children, but they were still very kind, helpful and patient. my children are 6 and almost 4 years old, this was their very first time here, and they were nervous but they were treated so nicely that all check ups were done in no time. I would like to say thank you to the whole team, also a big thank you to Punit Patel you for your excellent work and professional service! how you dealt with my kids and answered all my questions with patience even if lots of people were waitingwas amazing!
It's a shame on those guys that, booked appointment for eye test 45 days ago and went there this morning, They said there is no opticians. If they don't have any they should inform. Very unprofessional people. Had travelled 3 mile for no point.
I had to readjust my glasses and the staff was helpful, friendly and fast.
