Went in to get a quote. The sales man was not helpful in anyway he looked scruffy with his shirt half hanging out and look like he needed to go back to bed. Asked for quote on my landing but was told it would be atleast 150 for a 4 by 3 and didnt even look at different prices for me. He just couldnt be botherd. Terrible customer service would not reccomend to go there

the most disorganised store there is. Following a visit for measurement and subsequent quotation, I had to chase them for full details such as cost of the quotation. One excuse after another. They total mine of incompetence.

I hate this place, no one enters this store, the carpets and staff is horrible, i just cant recommend it whatsoever

I simply cannot recommend this store.  The disingenuous salesman provided incorrect information, then l was charged an extra £90 for the fitting service by the fitter because of broken promises by the salesman.

 After my complaint I was in fact invited for a refund of the extra charge but with this experience I couldn't say I'd use this store again.

The fitter who was paid cash would not provide a receipt for the cash he was paid. Instead he wrote amount paid on the delivery advice note.
