Great step back in time. Suitable for all ages. Lifts available for disabled visitors. A group of school children were being showed around. Some of the exhibits with manakins were a bit too real and if you looked closely there was a chance they moved! Free admission as well. Takes about an hour to see round.

We went here on Saturday 6 April with out Grand Children... wow! This was a great place, never knew it was here. It was a great museum full of wonderful things. The children made paintings and craft things. There were pizzas that they could make and cooking demonstration. They went the dig and learned about all the medieval site and relics of Hull. We would recommend this place to anybody. Everything is shown in a fantastically professional way and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be returning very soon to see all the bits we missed.

A free museum in the museum Quarter. Out if the three here, this was my favourite. It was like walking back in time, the exhibits are really well done, and you can spend hours exploring here. On a side note bring some 20p coins with you- you can play some of the old arcade/fair ground games! The museum itself is very interactive, and there's a lot to do! Thoughrely enjoyed it!

Indoor museum that is free. It has examples of old tram, cars, carriages, few shops, etc with a little quiz for kids to do on the way around. Also a nice garden out back. Great for kids under 10 & over 45!
