Place has been closed for over 3 weeks now. No signs, no info on website, google still says its open but nobody there. Normally had good experiences here but lack of any info is very disappointing. Will change review if shop opens again.
I recommend these guys. Knowledgeable, serious, fair prices. I called quite a few bike shops and they were all reluctant to help me drill a new fork for brakes, but Cycle Junxion was up for it and done a brilliant job. Also cheap, I was surprised. Will definitely come back even though I live 3 miles away. Thanks!
Sold me a faulty wheel. Keep getting punches and every time I have phoned they do not respond and every time I go to the shop, it appears to be closed. No response and shocking customer service. Stay clear of this shop.
Agree with Victor U’s review below. I have been to the shop 4 times in the last two weeks and each time it is closed. The landline is still taking messages and the answerphone greeting claims they are open but cannot get to the phone. But I think they have permanently closed.
Really helpful bike shop! Really recommend! I'm a total novice when it comes to cycling and have been struggling with back pain whilst cycling. The guy behind the counter talked me through some options and fitted my bike to me. Excellent customer service!
Such a disappointing experience having my bike serviced here. I have been twice before with no problems. I dropped off my bike on the Saturday for a Tuesday workshop appointment. The shop advertises as being open at 10, when I arrived at 11:15 the shutters were down and lights were off. After calling a couple of times, someone appeared and took the bike. Tuesday came and went and I heard nothing. I called and couldn't get through on Wednesday and Thursday morning, leaving messages and sending an email. On Thursday afternoon I finally got through and the man I spoke to said he would get to my bike that day and call me with the quote. Again, I heard nothing back and my email was unanswered. I visited at 9am the advertised opening time to collect my bike on Friday morning, they were closed. I called from 9am - 10:30am, only getting through after the 5th or 6th call. The man was confrontational and not apologetic - citing a staff shortage that week and said the bike would be worked on that day. When I collected the bike, the shop stank of weed and only after my insistence did i receive a small discount for the inconvenience but with no explanation for the work that had been done. After having ridden the bike for a few days, I think I just received a lower tier of service than I paid for. So unprofessional, rude and terrible service from beginning to end.
Had a problem with my back brake - took my bike in without prior booking and was attended to almost immediately. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently while I waited. Great, friendly, speedy & efficient service from Cycle Junxion - thank you so much!
Chris was superb. Not only did he give my Raleigh Motus 2017 a six month service, he fixed my dynamo lights and fitted a bell. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.
I always had a good experience at this shop but they have been closed for two weeks now every time I walk by, and today the guy who was behind the desk though the blinds were down told me that they are gonna close permanently :-/ RIP Cycle Junxion.
I came in exactly at closing time not knowing and gentleman helped me and took the time to give me advice ..etc and only knew it was closing time 15 minutes past closing time. Seems like an honest bike shop that cares about their customers and will not rush. Will definitely come back here for my next service :
