Rubbish! Only two National Rail ticket machines on Westfield/Stadium side. One is continuously 'Closed' the other has a faulty touchscreen. A number of the ticket barriers have paper ticket slots that are regularly jammed; this causes problems at busy times. Staff say ticket machines have nothing to do with them. Difficult to find out how to make a complaint; presumably this is deliberate. PS And again....

Great station and transport hub. National rail, DLR and London underground service. Trains to Stansted airport, east Anglia including Cambridge, north london. Large clean station home to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park and also attached to the Westfield Stratford shopping centre.

The staff here really helped me here today. Its a real hub for many transport services. Underground overground dlr. Could be very confusing with the different corridors. The only criticism are the gents toilets.... i found them tucked away in an awful state.

Afternoon people just like to say to many eastern Europeans working at this station why no English they are rude and you can't understand a word that really gets me apart from that it's passable
