It’s much better to travel by London City Airport than Heathrow. It’s not too big but convenient and much faster. I don’t need duty free. I only care make the travel time shorter.

Surely the best airport in London. Not thst busy, just close to the city. Passport control is very efficient. Unfortuntely the flights to this airport are expensive, so only business people can afford it.

It says something when you can fly to London cheaper than the Train! But there we are. The main reason to use this airport is the access to central london via the DLR Railway. If you have a 9.00am meeting somewhere in the East of London or Thames Estuary then this is the way to get there. My only complaint would be the size of the departure lounge. It is always packed out before the evening flights, and can feel a bit claustrophobic at times.

Not too big, clean, fast security check. The gates are very easy to reach. Efficient bus and DRL service from the airport to the city centre. The DRL station that serves the airport is a very convenient and easy way of getting to central London (it needs more obvious Oyster enter/exit scan points, though). Overall, a good little airport.
