The service was very good except that i was not told about a red issue with my rear brakes and i was not offered the opportunity to have it fixed during the service or even book the car in to get it fixed.  I am not impressed and will look to go elsewhere for a service in future.  I will definitely cancel the monthly prepayment method.

Took my car for a diagnostic. Easy to book and got me in quickly.  Had a few issues all explained to me and options. Service department are very knowledgeable which helps what trying to figure out what route to take.  Had a further booking to resolve issue. Nice waiting room & swift service professional & friendly

A huge thank you to Mark Gregory for a truly great experience. I was looking for a new car, and whilst visiting various dealers in the Midlands area, I was disappointed at how customer service was not what I remembered it to be until I walked into Stourbridge Mazda. Mark was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Nothing seemed too much for Mark; there was great communication throughout the whole process, and there was never any pressure; his focus was on ensuring I was happy, and the car was right for me. WOW - from the moment I came into the showroom and right through to the moment I left driving out my brand new car, it has been a joyful experience. The salesman was Harry and I am so pleased I had Harry from the demo drive right through to the car reveal driving the car home yesterday. We've always had great service over the years with regards to having our Mazda CX-5 serviced and any issues looked at. The staff are always very friendly and helpful Sofia and Will to name a couple. We came to Mazda Stourbridge a couple of weeks back to get my previous VW replaced with a Mazda 3 and was very pleased with the whole process. Mark was ever so helpful and very patient with all our questions and he made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend Mazda Stourbridge to anyone who has a Mazda for servicing and fault finding but can safely say that the Sales side is just as good. Thank you!

I came in with my sister to view a Mazda cx 60. Got a very cold welcome from Harry who just looked at us and made us feel as to what are you doing here. It is Mazda not Bentley ! Any way we have now ordered 1 from a different Mazda Dealer.
