Treated very well when I went to take my car here for a service. I was offered coffee whilst I waited to be collected and they did offer a lift home for me - but unfortunately the driver was out at the time. The car was put in for a routine service..and I can't fault their customer service one bit.
Great service when purchasing from these crooks. The moment you haven an issue, they want to take the car you purchased from you. A protest is being organised outside the garage with some more unsatisfied customers. The senior staff are aggressive and are liars. Do not trust this company as you will massively regret it should you face any problems. The CEO is as useful as a chocolate fireplace. Please do not make the same mistake I did by using these incompetent idiots.
Terrible experience. Numerous emails and call backs ignored. Promised me things they didn’t go through with for example my partner to pick the number plate. Gave me 3 different handover dates from first week in April to the second and ended up collecting my car the third week in April. Me and my father in law purchased 2 jaguars together through this branch and they didn’t even go that little bit extra after we spent nearly 100k. They even tried to get me to pay £120 for floor mats after I’d taken delivery of the car when they never told me the epace didn’t come with them.
Arrived at Stratstone Jaguar and spoke to a lovely lady Laura, who looked after me and showed me the new F-Pace. Laura was very thorough and explained in detail about the vehicle. She even arranged for a test drive over the weekend for me, which gave me a feel for car. On returning the vehicle I spoke to the finance manager Dan, who again he had gone out of his way to arrange a deal for me. Both Laura and Dan were amazing, highly professional, gave excellent customer service thoroughout the whole experience. Thank you and definitely recommend popping in and to purchase the ultimate driving machine.
Really poor service it's like dealing with chimps. I got let down for a test drive at Lancaster Wolverhampton showroom so I booked with these guys. When I got there they basically told me they can't get the XJ started. I phone call would of been nice instead of me rushing to get there as they told me I only have 30 mins window to drive a car. Anyway rearranged for a week later and this time I rang them to confirm the test drive. Guess what! They forgot about the test drive and the car was not ready as it still wont start. Jaguar service is getting bad to worse and don't bother using this branch as it's a bunch of kids trying to play grown ups. Anyone recommend a good dealership would be appreciated.
In the past purchasing a car from this dealership has always been an efficient service and enjoyable customer experience, but on this occasion it has been a chaotic experience with a catalogue of problems one after another, utter chaos! There appears to be a big change of staff so perhaps they are going through a team "storming" phase and this might explain it. The sales staff are friendly enough and I believe that they are genuinely trying to get things right, but the company does need to do some serious process re engineering, particularly concerning the quality control, there are just too many different staff involved in seperate stages of the sales process! Some are trying to do other people's jobs and others seem very territorial in protecting their roles, and this is obvious to the customer and part of the problem. I also think that they are focusing on the wrong things I.e. the glossy books that come with a new car and that dam Jaguar in control app which lets you start the car from your phone when you are not in it and getting the basics wrong. I think that the managers at the dealership need help and support and hopefully someone senior at Stratstone will recognise that there is a problem at this dealership, take control help them to get things back on track.
Everything was fine... until i saw the interior of my car full of scuffs and smelling like a dirty vacuum cleaner. The manager is a weirdly agressive laud little man resembling an over territorial barking dog. No manners at all. Very disappointed. I thought jaguar was a classy brand. They shouldn't employ this tipe of people.
My locking wheel nut socket went missing whilst the car was at this dealership. Less than 24 hours later all knowledge was denied and I was charged for replacement. Premium brand prices for a backstreet service.
Went to purchase a BMW 3 Series that I'd had moved from another location and paid a £200 refundable deposit. Was called by Tom to let me know the vehicle was ready to view, when I arrived the vehicle was in a shocking state to say the least! The interior was disgusting, hadn't been washed inside or out, it was horrible. Richard said I'd have to wait another few days and they would have the vehicle ready. I decided the next day I'd had enough and asked for a refund of my deposit. Have called the garage a total of 8 times, visited personally 2 times making a 30 mile round trip each time. Still haven't had my money back! Avoid at all costs!
Very good service. Staff are friendly and your car will always be looked after. Staff are clearly there to help and aren't always trying to grab your money.
